Attendance

Please be on time and present in section every week. Attendance is critical for you to understand that the texts for this course are supplements to class lectures. The majority of material on the exams will be discussed in lecture. Therefore, it is essential that you attend class and take careful notes. As such, you must do all of the readings ahead of time and be fully prepared in class every week. You will be permitted 2 excused absence over the course of the semester. In order to receive them, I must be notified of your intended absence prior to lecture the day you’ll be absent.
