  • Currently writing books on brewing beer in the ancient Mediterranean (titled Brewing Beer in the Ancient World) and ancient monastic brewing (research and composition 2014 – present)
  • Creator of Ales of Antiquity series at Avery Brewing Company, Boulder, CO – successfully recreated ancient Mycenaean, Egyptian, Peruvian, Scandinavian, Italian monastic, Biblical, and Presidential ales for the series.
